Refund Policy

Short version: 14 days, full refund, no questions.

• If MONA doesn’t work for you, reply to your order email (or write to the address in it) within 14 days of purchase and you’ll receive a full refund. No questions, no forms.
• Because pricing is pay-what-you-want: if you paid and later feel you paid too much for what MONA turned out to be, that’s a refund reason too — same 14 days.
• Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.
• You don’t need to uninstall anything to get a refund, but of course we ask you to stop using MONA after one.
• Bug reports are always welcome and often fix the problem you wanted the refund for — tell us what broke.
